How can Indians train

Indian riding -

one thinks of boisterous riding on bareback horses. How is it that so many Indians could ride like that? They rode in unison with the horse!

Since they lived with their horses, they knew the horses' needs, behavior and communication with one another. With this knowledge and their deep connection to the horses, they succeeded in building a special relationship with their horses. To be able to control a horse optimally only with a cord halter - the special relationship the Indians have with their horses is the key to this.

A nice reward for the relationship work: blind trust

... more than just riding

With us everyone can learn to build a harmonious relationship between horse and human based on the Indian model.

Building a relationship without speaking a common language? Anyone who has ever had a foreign boyfriend or girlfriend knows how difficult it is. Horses cannot speak our language. Why don't we just learn the horse language? Horses communicate mostly with body language. We humans can learn this language.

Understanding horses and making themselves understandable to horses - this is how you can gain the trust of a horse. Then it will do almost anything for you!

Even if you prefer a different style of riding, you and your horse will benefit from relationship training.

We are also happy to look after you if you and your horse would like to be trained in the Indian riding style.

Anyone who has found a good basis for their horse through Indian horsemanship can swing in the saddle or on the bare horse's back. Riding is only possible with a bitless leather noseband or a neck ring.

Individual support is very important to us. We are happy to adapt our courses to your wishes and needs.

With or without a saddle, bitless leather halter or neck ring - the choice is yours when Indian riding.

Appropriate husbandry - an important prerequisite for satisfied and balanced horses

What is important to us when working with horses:
  • We focus on the nature of the horse.
  • We communicate in horse language and convince the horse that we are a good "lead animal".
  • We build a relationship with the horse that is based on mutual trust and respect.
  • We keep our horses appropriately. This makes you happy and balanced.
