Silicon is an important nutrient for hair

Another very important nutrient for hair is silicon. Studies from the former Soviet Union have shown that silicon therapies can slow hair loss.

Shampoos containing organic silicon were able to prevent baldness and stimulate hair regrowth.

Some scientists even said that they could have stopped continued hair loss entirely by adding silicon to shampoo.
